Publish clear answers before polished marketing copy

AI assistants need unambiguous facts before they can confidently recommend a business. Put the services, ideal customer, geography, pricing approach, constraints, proof, and contact path in short, public sentences near the top of relevant pages.

A helpful test is to ask: can someone accurately answer who this is for, what problem it solves, and how to take the next step after reading only the first few paragraphs? If not, the page is difficult for both people and AI systems to use.

Give every important topic a stable URL

A single scrolling portfolio can explain a story, but dedicated pages make individual topics easier to retrieve and cite. Separate URLs for an about page, projects, contact details, and durable articles create clear citation targets.

Structured data, a sitemap, and an llms.txt file reinforce those pages; they do not replace accurate, accessible page content.

Make claims specific and supportable

Use concrete outcomes, named capabilities, and relevant examples. Avoid claims that cannot be supported by the page or a linked source. This gives assistants useful evidence to summarize and lets prospective clients assess fit quickly.
